Santa Maria Enchilada Spice Mix is a spice mix for enchiladas that are Mexico's "lasagna". It has a mild chili flavor from guajillo and chipotle peppers as well as traditional Mexican herbs like oregano and cilantro. Enchiladas are au gratin in the oven as stuffed tortilla rolls in a flavorful tomato and chili sauce. Enchiladas are traditionally prepared with chicken, but also go well with vegetarian options.
