1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within Spain, but deliveries to Portugal will also be available in the future.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
All prices include VAT. No customs duties apply for deliveries within the EU.
3. Order Processing π
At GOODIES CORNER SL, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We normally ship all orders on weekdays: Monday, Wednesday and Friday (non-public holidays), but we aim to be even faster whenever possible.
Although we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur during peak seasons (Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.), periods of high order volumes, or due to unforeseen circumstances. If you need your order before a specific date, please contact us in advance to confirm whether we can meet your request. All delivery times are estimates, and Goodies Corner SL cannot be held responsible for any delays.

4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, the following delivery times are approximate:
Spain (mainland): 1–3 business days
Other destinations: 2–4 business days
5. Tracking and Notification
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking information.
Returns
1. Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products
Please check your delivery as soon as you receive it.
If you have received the wrong product, or if an item is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Photos of the product and packaging (if necessary)
If your claim is approved, we will offer either a replacement product or a refund, depending on the situation.
2. Food Products (Important Information)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of food products after delivery unless the items are incorrect, damaged or defective.
Our products are stored under controlled conditions in our warehouse. After delivery to the customer, we cannot guarantee proper handling.
Any food products returned to us will not be resold but will be safely disposed of.
3. Return Shipping
We cover return shipping costs only in the following cases:
• Incorrect delivery
• Damaged products
• Defective products
In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Consumer Rights
This return policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable EU legislation and national consumer protection laws.
5. Complaints and Customer Service
