Accepting Terms

By clicking the "Complete Purchase" button at checkout on onlinegoodies.es, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Prices

All prices are listed in Euros and include VAT of 21%, or 10%. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and cancel orders that contain items with incorrect pricing. You will be informed if you have purchased an item with an incorrect price.

Storage of Personal Data

By accepting these Terms and Conditions during the purchase, you consent to the processing of your personal data by Goodies Corner SL. The data will be processed to manage your purchase and fulfill our commitments to you as a customer.

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation will be sent via email once your order is completed. This will include details of the items purchased, prices, and shipping costs. Please contact us immediately if anything is incorrect. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information. Goodies Corner SL is not liable for missed notifications or incorrect/delayed delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

We usually dispatch in-stock products within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Free shipping is available for orders over 50 EUR, provided you select a free shipping option at checkout.

Delivery Options:
1. Logista Standard Delivery - Trackable delivery within 1-3 business days.
2. Uber Eats same day - Fast and flexible delivery through Uber Eats' courier network
3. Glovo same day or scheduled delivery - Glovo offers quick delivery directly to your door or a designated location

Undelivered Orders

Uncollected or undeliverable orders returned to Goodies Corner SL will incur a 20 EUR fee (incl. VAT) to cover administrative and transport costs. Additional costs like home delivery and express handling will not be refunded.

Payment Options

Klarna Checkout offers multiple payment options, including Pay Now, Pay Later (up to 30 days), Pay in 3 installments, and long-term financing plans. It provides a smooth and secure checkout experience while handling credit and fraud risk for merchants.

Out of Stock

We aim for 100% inventory accuracy. If an item is missing or has a short shelf life, it may be removed from your order.

Best Before Dates

We guarantee at least 4 weeks of shelf life unless otherwise stated. Food remains consumable beyond the best before date.

Cans and Bottles for Collectors

We cannot guarantee cans arrive in perfect condition. Minor cosmetic defects will not be compensated.

Right of Withdrawal – Food

There is no right of withdrawal for food products as per Spanish distance selling laws.

Open Purchase – Non-food Items

Applies only to non-food products. 14-day open purchase policy if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping paid by the customer.

Heat Warning

We pack goods to withstand transport, but we are not liable for heat-sensitive items like chocolate during summer.

Privacy and Security

By ordering, you consent to us storing your name, address, and contact details for order fulfillment. We do not share your data with third parties. You have the right to correct or request deletion of your data.

Delivery Delays

We will notify you of any delays. You may cancel your purchase in the event of delays. We are not liable for transporter-related delays.
