Shipping & delivery

Unclaimed packages
Returned packages incur a €20 fee (incl. VAT).

Out of stock items
Unavailable items may be removed from your order.

Best before date
Minimum 4 weeks shelf life unless stated otherwise.

Collector cans & bottles
We do not guarantee perfect cosmetic condition.

Right of withdrawal – food
No returns for food products under Spanish law.

Returns – non-food
14-day return policy for unused items. Return shipping paid by customer.

Heat warning
We are not responsible for heat damage (e.g. chocolate).
